1. What types of candles do you sell?
We offer a variety of handmade candles, including plain frost, painted and outdoor options.
2. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add your favourite products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is complete.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Payfast, as well as EFT payment.
4. How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within two business days and delivery takes about five days, depending on location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Presently we only ship domestically (within South Africa). For international shipping enquiries please contact us at: info@kapula.com
6. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
7. Can I return or exchange a candle?
Yes, we accept returns or exchanges within seven days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please visit our Returns Policy for more details.
8. What should I do if my candle arrives damaged?
If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@kapula.com with photos of the external packaging, internal packaging, and the product. If this effectively shows the damage we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
9. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information to follow its progress.
